Arrival & Transportation
VIECON is located directly at two subway stations:
- Messe-Prater (U2): Ideal if the event entrance communicated by the organizer is via Foyer A (usually Halls A & B) or the Congress Center entrance.
- Krieau (U2): Better if the event entrance is via Foyer D (usually Halls C & D).
We recommend checking the event’s website before your visit to see where the event is taking place and which entrance should be used. Depending on this, choose the most convenient station.
That depends on the event organizer. Please check directly with your organizer to see if your ticket also serves as a ticket for Vienna’s public transport.
Yes, VIECON provides bicycle racks right at the entrance, which can be used free of charge.
Yes, electric vehicle charging stations are available in the parking garages around the venue. Since capacity is limited, a parking spot with a charging station cannot be guaranteed.
A taxi stand is located in front of Foyer A. You can also book a taxi using local apps.
Tickets & Parking
The replacement ticket can be obtained directly at the payment machines in the parking garages and costs EUR 60 per lost ticket.
We offer long-term parking for private individuals and corporate clients in Parking Garage A, Parking Garage D, and Garage Messe-Prater:
- Parking Garage A (Max-Koppe-Gasse / Nordportalstraße) – Lease/rental via ZUM Immobilienmanagement GmbH
- Parking Garage D (Trabrennstraße) – Lease/rental via ZUM Immobilienmanagement GmbH

Because adaptability is key to success in the congress and event business – and that’s exactly what our venue represents! Even the floor plan of VIECON resembles a chameleon. His name is a tribute to the late Gustav Peichl, the visionary architect of our event center.
